We had a fantastic stay at a beachfront hotel in Koh Samet. The room was clean and comfortable, with a decent shower and daily room service. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes. The grounds of the hotel were well-maintained and designed, and the beach was beautiful. We enjoyed the beachfront bar and restaurant, and the nightly entertainment added to the fun atmosphere. The hotel was centrally located, with many options for food, massage, and entertainment nearby. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

really enjoyed the way our beautifully decorated and brand-new double room with twin beds was arranged. we were pleased to have a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and television. it was in an amazing location to the marina dumped at the curb swarmed by con artists swindling you for a 15 minute boat ride charging you twice as much as should pay.

Unique thing to highlight is that it is located in the beach. T item is of course is not privative of this hotel, as most of the hotels are located there.
The service is terrible, and to pay more that 25 usd for a room really is not worthy. The personal attitude is almost aggressive. I read it before to go there but we went because was the unique available room I have found in the entire island. I went during Songkra (Thai new year). Rooms quality are so far to match with its price. They were trying we to pay for the beach chairs as they have a good business renting it for people coming from Pattaya for a day in the beach. If you are not paying for that (I guess a chair in the beach has to be included in the prize of a beach hotel), they wont offer any service for you when in the beach, as you became a bad guy. This hotel is taking care about outsiders rather to do so with their guesses. By night same as they open a kind of night disco pub for attracting there outsiders playing the music loud out until late night and almost not possible sleep there. As they use to close this open disco too late and the personal working there is the same, just forget to have the breakfast or the beach chairs ready by morning time, at least not before 8 30. If you want to enjoy your stay in this beautiful island do not go to this hotel is awful.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the beach and surrounded by lots of restaurants. We loved being able to dine outdoors with a nice view. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
We had a small issue with the hot water in our room, as it was only lukewarm. However, the comfortable room and great location made up for it.

The resort is very close to the beach, so it's convenient to grab the suit and swim!
1) The hotel charges too much, and when we said we didn't need an extra bed, but they obliged us to pay for an extra bed. 2) The hotel room is too small and not worth to the price I've paid. 3) Most staffs don't speak English or may not want to.

The hotel is a great place for a honeymoon with plenty of opportunities to explore Koh Samet. The executive deluxe room was a nice touch with its coffee/tea makers and fridge. It's conveniently located right by the downtown area, just a 15-minute walk away.

The hotel has a direct access to the beach, which many hotels on the island do, but still it was a nice thing about this hotel. The territory of the hotel is nice, it is pleasant to be there. Rooms are also good. The beach is good. Many other public beaches on the island do not get cleaned very often, but this beach was definitely looked after. The location is very central, close to all shopping and night life. In more remote hotels you need to take a taxi to go anywhere.
The service level at the hotel was inadequate. One of the problems is that the staff speaks very limited English, so I had often problems communicating my requests. For example, it was a problem to order green tea in a pot, as they do not know the word “pot”. However, it went beyond the language. The staff did not really strive to provide a good service, and I had am impression that they got irritated whenever I asked them something. Another minus is the location of the reception: it is located on the beach, probably for the staff to enjoy the view. But this means that you need to get through the whole territory of the hotel upon arrival before you find the reception, with all your bags etc. The breakfast was rather limited, with no Thai dishes. I think the hotel is fine to stay a couple of nights, especially if you book last moment and do not have many other options, but it would not be my hotel of choice for longer vacations.
